Ingredients:Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup*Date, Organic (Earthbound Farm), 170 gram(s)*Marantha Almond Butter, 10 tbsp Down to Earth Organic Protein Power, 4 servingSunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled
Directions
Soak dates for 15 minutes in warm water. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Put in a pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars, wrap in wax paper and store in freezer!
