Cauliflower Cake

Half a head of a medium cauliflower4 medium eggs1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/4 cup Calcitrim milk2 tsp baking soda or powder1 cup ground almonds/coconut flourground pepper, to tastepaprika, to taste
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Grate the head of cauliflower (or pop into food processor) until 'rice like' consistency.
Add all the other ingredients to this and mix together until combined.
Tip into the prepared tin and bake for 45-60minutes, or until golden brown on top. (Sprinkle with paprika on top)
Slice and serve.
Serving Size: Makes around 8 good servings
