Lemon Mustard Marinade & Sauce for Salmon

Ingredients
3 Tbs fresh squeezed Lemon juice1 Tbs Low-Sodium Soy Sauce2 Tbs Sesame Oil2 tsp Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard1/2 Tbs agave nectar OR organic honey
Directions
Wisk all ingredients together. Marinate salmon fillets, skin side up, for 30min-1 hour. Bake (350 degrees) or grill salmon until done (approx 10 minutes).

While salmon is cooking, put marinade in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, and continue to boil, on low heat, for approximately 3 mintues.

Serve sauce over fish and/or rice or pasta.
