Sausage Smokey Stew (with black beans)

Ingredients
8 Italian Sausages *1 Can Black beans - drained and rinsed1 Can Crushed tomatoes (Aylmer - 540 ml)1 Onion medium1 Bell Green Pepper 1/4 C Fresh Cilantro3 Garlic Cloves - roasted with herbs and olive oil300 gr Red Cabbage1 Dry Smoked pepper*
Directions
In the over (350F) - cook sausages for about 15 minutes. Cut the sausages and reserve.
Add garlic, onion, cabbage into a large saucepan and sauté over medium heat until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Add pepper, tomatoes and cilantro. Bring to boil for 5 min.
Reduce the heat to low; cover, add beans and sausages to the tomato mix - simmer for 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
