1 cup dry lentils3 cups water1 tsp oil1 cup onions, chopped3 cloves garlic1 cup celery, chopped1 cup tomatoes, chopped (for canned diced/drained)1/4 cup tomato paste3 Tablespoons molasses1 Tablespoon chili powder1 Teaspoon dry mustardDash of VEGAN Worcestershire SauceSalt and Pepper to tasteOriginal recipe - Sloppy Sams @ allrecipes.com
Cook dry lentils in the water per package directions. Drain and save liquid.
Saute garlic, onions and celery until onions are soft.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add cooked lentils.
Add additional left over lentil cooking liquid if needed.
