Homade Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients
4 cup - Trader Joe's Gluten Free Rolled Oats4 tbsp - Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter (melted)4 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)1/4 cup Maple Syrup2 fl oz Brewed Coffee1/3 cup, Brown Sugar (unpacked)1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 tsp Ground Clove1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°

Melt in a sauce pan or microwave 4 tbsp - Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter and 4 tbsp Coconut Oil.

Mix the melted butter and oil into the 4 cups of Rolled Oats.

Add in 1/3 cup, Brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp Ground Clove, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 cup Maple Syrup, 2 fl oz Brewed Coffee.

Mix well until oats are thoroughly coated and spices are evenly distributed .

Spread mixture evenly in a baking pan or on a SilpatŪ liner and cook them in the oven for approx. 20-30 min. Fold over the mixture even 5 minutes or so to cook evenly.

Take them out of the oven and let the granola cool before storing in an air tight glass container.
