Scrambled brains

Ingredients
Butter flavor cooking spray6 Large eggs1/8 cup chopped onion or onion flakes equivalent1- 4oz can stems and pieces mushrooms 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce1 tsp spicy mustard2 Tbsp watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Saute drained mushrooms until starting to brown and/or thoroughly hot.
In separate bowl: whip rest of ingredients with fork.
Pour liquid ingredients into mushrooms, and continue to stir and cook with a spatula over medium heat until eggs are set.
Serve immediately.

    A different flavor combination for me with the Worchestershire sauce and mustard but good. I would NOT use the water again, made the eggs watery. Probably not something I will make again, just not a favorite. - 3/30/11

    This is so similar to a breakfast recipe my Dad made on hunting trips that it has to have a common starting place. The only difference is that he added "about that much" corn meal so it would stick to our ribs. - 3/26/09
