Quick & easy Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 c boiling water1 pkg (60z) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix3 eggs2 cans (6oz ea) crabmeat, drained, flaked [I'm using 3 cans and did the nutritional info based on 3 cans]1/4 c butter or margarine [nutritional info based on butter, salted]1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges [nutritional info based on juice from a whole lemon]
Directions
1. Add boiling water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Let stand 5 min.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add crabmeat; mix lightlly. Stir in stuffing. Shape into 6 patties.
3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 min on each side or until heared through and lightly browned on both sides. Serve with lemon wedges.
