Mushroom tofu curry

Ingredients
Half onion chopped2 tomatoes chopped2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste200 gm mushroomsHalf green capsicum1 cup tofuSaltOil 2 tbsp
Directions
Wash mushrooms. Heat oil in pan and add chopped onions. Once they turn golden add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and cook till they leave oil. Switch heat to medium. Add curry powder and cook till masala leaves oil. Now add mushrooms. Cook for few mins and add salt to taste. Add capsicum and cook for 1 min. Add tofu and remove from heat. Garnish with cilantro
