Baked Meatball Surprises

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 small Yukon Gold Potato, shredded1 large carrot, shredded1 medium onion, chopped3/4 C. Panko crumbs3/4 C chicken broth2 tsp Kosher salt1/8 tsp pepperKetchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside. Combine all the ingredients except the ketchup and form into 16 meatballs. Top each meatball w/tsp of ketchup. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes or until done.
