What's In the Fridge Stir Fry

2 Tbsp olive oilGreen onions / spring - about 1/2 cup - 4 onions3 cups cauliflower - chopped1 cup green bell pepper julienne strips (1 large)2 cups yellow squash sliced2 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp ground ginger1 tsp ground mustard2 tsp lemon pepper1/4 cup water6 oz. cooked pork loin
Heat the olive oil in a wok.
Add the green onion and saute about 1 minute.
Add the cauliflower and cook for a few minutes.
Add all other vegetables, spices, soy sauce, and the pork.
Add water, cover, and cook until the veggies are done and the meat is heated.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 servings
