Mushrooms, sausage and peppers

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Pork Sausage, ground, 4 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)*mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw, 4 serving (remove)Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)1/8 cup watersalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Crumble the pork and add to large saute pan. Once it starts to cook a little bit add the pat of butter, onion an peppers along with a dash of salt. Cook, while stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, dash more salt and water, saute 10 more minutes and season with salt to taste. Serve over pasta, polenta, rice, potatoes or as-is.
