Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup .5 cup grape tomatoesOnions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Cucumber (peeled), .25 cup, pared, chopped Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Feta Cheese, 2 oz balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon Could add black olives and olive oil and garlic/ garlic salt. I prefer not to use olive oil because of added calories. Try it first without it. I think it is just fine with the vinegar.
Directions
Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water. Add all remaining ingredients except the feta. Toss well. Add the feta to the top when served to be accountable for the portion size.

makes 2 portions of 1/2 c. pasta + veggies.
