Ingredients
1/3c olive oil2 tbsp each basil & parsley1/2 c finely chopped onion2-4 garlic finely chopped1/4-1/2 c white wine3 tomatoes choppedshrimpscallopsflake style crab flavoured seafood1/2 bell pepper1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
heat olive oil. make you favourite pasta while this is cooking. put in basil & Parsley, pepper for about 1 min. add onion, peppers, white wine and tomatoes. cook for a minute then add seafood cook until done shrimp is pink.
