Healthy granola cookies

Ingredients
2 bananas1 cup quick oats1 tbsp honey3-4 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter)up to 3/4 cups of mixed chopped dried fruits and nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mash bananas, add oats, honey, peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Place tablespoons full of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake cookies for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely.
