Pizza - Gluten Free Crust

Ingredients
CRUST2oz riced cauliflower2oz shredded mozzarella1T salba (ground chia seeds)1T coconut flour.25 t baking powder.25 t garlic powderTOPPING1/4 cup pizza sauce2oz shredded mozzarellaoptional toppings of choice
Directions
combine all crust ingredients. press into 9-inch glass pie plate lined with parchment paper. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Cool slightly. Remove parchment paper and return crust to pie pan. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and choice of toppings. Broil for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 9-inch pizza. serves 2
