Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
.25 cup oil.25 cup parmesan4 cloves garlic1 tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp soy sauce.5 tsp red pepper flakes1 lb raw shrimp8 oz penne pasta (cooked)salt - pepper
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Peel raw shrimp, put into zip bag, add first ingredients, marinade at least an hour.
Cook pasta.
Pour shrimp and marinade into fry pan, cook until just done, add pasta. Can add chopped green onion for garnish.
