Muesli - my way_with protein powder

Ingredients
.5c oats5g brown linseed10g sunflower seeds10g pumpkin seeds20g raisins1ts whey protein powder.7c whole milk
Directions
put oats in a bowl, add seeds & raisins, sprinkle protein powder on top.
Pour milk over it (I prefer cold milk, but some use hot milk), stir a bit for the powder to dissolve. Ready to eat
