Almond flour waffles

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour2 tbsp. coconut flour1/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder1/3 cup almond milk3 tbsp maple syrup3 eggs3 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Heat waffle Iron. melt coconut oil, mix with all other wet ingredients at high speed (use a blender or immersion blender or mixer on high) mix in all dry ingredients and blend for about 1 minute. If waffle iron is not no stick, brush with some coconut oil. Pout 1/2 of batter onto waffle iron, close ad bake. Repeat with remaining batter.
