Ingredients
1.put ghee in the pan on low heat .2. add two cut green chilies and jeera/cummin seeds3. stir them a little and add the diced red pumpkin.4. stir a little and put a lid on the pan to steam cook the pumpkin / or / can add pre cooked pumpkin too.5. now add the roasted crushed peanuts.fresh grated coconut6.add the salt, fresh coriander and the sugar and stir a little.7. leave on low flame with lid on for two minutes.8. serve in bowl , can sprinkle grated fresh coconut and coriander for decoration
Directions
cook on low heat with lid on and stir inbetween.
can add ateaspoon of water to generate steam in the vessel
