Almond & Chocolate Protein Bars

Directions
Add 1 cup old fashioned oats to mixing bowl. Add 2 ripe bananas to bowl. Use knife to slice bananas into small pieces. Add 2 Tbs ground flax seeds to bowl & stir these ingredients. Add 1 Tbs ground cinnamon to bowl. Add 1 Tbs vanilla extract. Add 1/4 cup real maple syrup & mix well. Add 1 cup chunk peanut butter. Add 6 scoops of Muscle Tech protein mix. Add 1/2 cup slivered almonds & mix well. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Pour the mix into the pan & smooth down. Put into preheated oven at 350 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Cook in 8 inch square pan in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 16 pieces in an 8" X 8" pan
