Silk Almond Milk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cups all-purpose flour1.5 Tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup almond milk2 Tbsp canola oil1 egg
Directions
1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, oil and egg.

3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir just to moisten.

4. Cook on a griddle over medium heat.

5. Serve immediately
