Chili-Mock Steak n Shake

Ingredients

1 TBSP Olive oil1 1/2 lb lean stew meat;cut into small bites1 Large onion;chopped5 tsp minced garlic1pkg chili seasoning1pkg taco seasoning1 TBSP Chili powder1 tsp. Cumin1 tsp pepper1 tsp Oregano3 tsp Onion powder2 C beef broth1 can original rotel or tomatoes with green chile's3 cans diced tomatoes2 small cans tomato sauce1 can light or dark Kidney beans;rinsed and drained3 cans mild chili beans1 can black beans; rinsed and drained1 C decaf coffee3 TBSP grape jelly
1. Saute stew meat in non-stick skillet with 1TBSP Olive oil(I use a 7 1/2 quart electric skillet so everything fits) until brown.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute until onions are translucent.
3.Add all dry ingredients and stir to coat meat and onions.
4. Add the beef broth and bring to a bubble.
5. Add rotel, tomatoes, tomato sauce and stir.
6. Add all of the beans and stir.
7. Add 1 cup coffee plus an extra cup of water.
8. Bring to a boil and add the grape jelly.
9. Turn down and simmer for at least 1 1/2-2 hours*. Be sure to stir occasionally so it doesn't stick or burn on the bottom. The longer it simmers the thicker the chili will be.
*You can put this in a slow cooker After completing step 4. Cook on low 8-10 hours high 4-6 hours
