Island Bannana Bread

Ingredients
4 medium ripe bananas, peeled1/2 cup tropical trail mix (or chopped nuts)1/2 cup soft unsalted butter1 cup sugar1 Tbls lemon juice (half a fresh lemon)2 eggs 2 cups unsifted flour 1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamonzest of 1 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream together butter and sugar. Add bananas one at a time. mix in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into greased (Pam baking spray) 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350°.
