Betsy's Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
4 Tbsp smooth natural peanut butter4 Tbsp hot water2 Tbsp Szechwan sauce1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
In a small bowl combine peanut butter and water; mix until a smooth paste forms. Stir in Szechwan sauce, then brown sugar and lemon juice. Mix by hand until well combined and smooth. Serve over whole wheat pasta with fresh vegetables.
