Low Carb Beef Stir Fry

2 L.B. London Broil4 bags Frozen Stir Fry Mix2 T.B. Canola Oil1/2 cup Soy Sauce2 T.B. Fresh Ginger (minced)1 cup Water2 T.B. Sugar substitute1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum2 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Garlic Powder2 T.B. Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Slice beef as thin as humanly possible. Thinner the better. I usually do 1/8"
In a wok heat up canola oil. Once wok gets hot add in the beef and ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl mix together Soy sauce, water, sugar substitute, xanthan gum, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Place frozen veggies into beef and ginger, add wet ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are tender; about 3-4 minutes.
