Corned Beef Quiche

Ingredients
Corned beef loaf, jellied, 340 grams (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 medium (remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 300 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Directions
Mash the corned beef and spread around bottom and sides of a flan dish, sprinkle chopped onion over the base. Beat the eggs then beat the cottage cheese into them. Season with black pepper and pour over the onion. Bake for 30-45 mins at 180*C.
