Baked Blueberry and Peach Oatmeal

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:3 cups old-fashioned oats½ cup packed brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder½ tsp. salt2 egg whites1 egg1 ¼ cups fat-free milk¼ cup applesauce1 tsp. vanilla exract1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches in juice, drained and chopped1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Transfer to an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
