Vegan Almond Powerbars

- 2C Almonds - 1/2c Flaxseed Meal- 1/2c Coconut (shredded, unsweetened) - 1/2c Coconut Oil- 1/2c Almond Butter - 2TBSP Honey- 1TBSP Maple Syrup- 3tsp Vanilla Extract- 1/2tsp Salt
1. Pulse Almonds, Flaxseed Meal, and Shredded Coconut in food processor for ten seconds.
2. Melt coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Honey.
4. Add to food processor and process until a thick paste forms.
5. Press in to 8X8 glass baking dish.
6. Refrigerate for 1 Hour.
7. Cut into bars and serve.
