Simple Lemon Butter Barramundi

4 Australis Barramundi fillets2 tsp olive oil2 Tbsp butter1 clove garlic, minced3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice5 fresh basil leaves, mincedsalt to taste
Gently saute the garlic in butter for about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and basil. Add salt to taste.
Coat the fish fillets with olive oil. Pan fry one side on high heat for 5 minutes. Flip and cook other side gor 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Transfer to serving dish and spoon sauce over fillets.
