Cauliflower Humus

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower1 can white beans2 tbsp. lemon juice1 tbsp. Dijon mustard1 clove garlic1/4 cup almond milkMrs. Dash to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut cauliflower into florets - spritz with cooking spray and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash - roast for 20 minutes
Drain and rinse beans
Place all ingredients in the blender minus the almond milk. Pulse and add almond milk until you reach the desired consistency
