fajita lasagna

Ingredients
8 oz shredded beef or chicken1/2 cup water1 can diced tomatoes3 sliced mixed bell peppers1 sliced onion1 small can refried beans1 packet taco seasoning6 cooked lasagna noodle sliced velvetta (optional)
Directions
cook noodles until flexible
Slice bells peppers and onion sauté in large skillet with water and diced tomatoes
add shredded meat mix well spray pan with cooking spray
layer ingredients starting with meat and veggies then top with noodles and refried beans repeat until all ingredients are in 8x8 glass pan

preheat oven to 350 bake for 45 minutes remove and top with cheese if desired
