1 medium apple1 medium pear1 medium banana2 cups of soy milk4 tbsp protein powder5-6 tbsp Splenda1 tbsp cinnamon1 cup ice
Place coarsely chopped chunks of apple and pear (with peel )in blender. Add banana, protein powder, flax seeds, Splenda, cinnamon, vanilla. Add soy milk and ice. Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes, pulsing occasionally, until smooth. Add more milk, juice, or water if too thick.
