Jacqueline's potatoe soup

1 Med. Onion (Diced)16 Sm. Red Potatoes (Diced)3 Med. Carrots (Diced)6 Lg. Stocks of Celery (Diced)1/4 C. Butter1/2 LB. Bacon (Diced)2 Cans of Swanson's 99% fat Free Broth3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
Make soup base by frying bacon with carrots, celery, onion, and butter.
Add corn starch when all the veggies are cooked.
Slowly add 1 can of chicken broth while stirring,making sure soup is still thickening.
Pour soup base into slow cooker with chopped potatoes and add 2nd can of broth.
Stir once in a while and salt and pepper to taste
