Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast1 onion chopped4 garlic cloves minced6 Tbls lemon juice4 Tbls olive oil1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leavesSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In casserole dish or baking dish mix oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic and cilantro. Add chicken breast pieces and stir to coat with oil & lemon mixture.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
