Ingredients
Bell Plantation PB2, 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce, Lee Kum Kee, 2 tbsp Chicken stock, home-made, defatted, no salt added, 6 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 tsp
Directions
In a small saucepan, mix the PB2 with 2 tbsp stock. Add hoisin and then 4 tbsp stock and the lime juice. Bring to a boil and stir until it thickens (a few seconds). Allow to cool.
