4 1/2c or 6oz gluten free fusilli (Dellalo)1 can water packed tuna, drained,rinsed and flaked1c each ff sour cream and light mayo1/2c grated parmesan cheese1/2 milk ( I use unsweeted Silk almond)1 tsp dijon mustard2c frozen broccoli florets1/2c chopped red pepper1/2c green onion slices
heat oven to 350, Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli to boiling water as well, drain when al dente. Meanwhile in large bowl stir together sour cream, mayo, mustard, milk, and parmesan cheese, pepper to taste. Add hot noodles with broccoli, tuna, red peppers, and green onion. Stir until evenly blended. Pour into greased round 2 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake for 0-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
