Brussels Sprouts Citrus Cranberry Almond Salad

Ingredients
1 bag/4 cups fresh brussels sprouts1 bag/5 cups broccoli slaw1 apple1/3 cup Dried Cranberries1/2 cup sliced Almonds3/4 cup Orange Juice1/2 cup Olive Oil4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp garlic
Directions
Chop, grate or pulse Brussels Sprouts in a blender until fine
Chop, grate or pulse apples in a blender until pieced

Place sprouts, apple, cranberries, almonds and cheese in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine orange juice, olive oil, garlic and sea salt and whisk together.
Pour orange mix into sprouts mix and gently toss.
Serve.

Serving Size: Makes appx 12 cups of salad (1/2 cup per serving)
