Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cups rolled oats1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed1/3 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2/3 cup 1% milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 eggs, lightly beaten1 tsp vanilla2 apples, chopped
Directions
preheat oven to 400
stir together flour, oats, sugars, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt
stir together milk, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla
make a well in dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix to combine
stir in apples
spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes until done
