banana chocolate peanut butter cake

3 bananas ripe and mashed1 cup oat flour1/2 cup almond meal1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg1 T vanilla2 T greek yogurt2 T apple sauce unsweet1 egg2 egg whites4 pkt stevia1/8 t salt1 t baking powder1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter1 T cocoa2 T brewed coffee
mash bananas in a large bowl, add the remainder minus the peanut butter, cocoa, and coffee.
remove 1/3 cup of batter.
mix the peanut butter, cocoa and coffee into this batter.
pour main battre in an 8 inch cake pan. drop chocolate peanut butter mix all over, and swirl with a knife. bake at 355 for 30 min.
Serving Size: makes an 8 in cake round, 6 servings
