Banana pancakes

Ingredients
1 med banana, mashed1 med egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup skim milk (can be more or less depending on desired thickness)2/3 cup ground oatmeal, or oat flour3/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix mashed banana and egg until fluffy then stir in vanilla and milk. Combine oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add wet ingredients into dry mixture. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a skillet over medium-low heat. When bubbles form in the middle and begin to pop, flip and cook for a minute longer. Repeat until batter is Gond.
