~No Bake~ Chewy Protein Granola Bars

2 cups Rolled Oats1 C Crispy Rice Cereal1/2 cups dried fruit (I used a mixed berry blend)1/2 cups crushed nuts (optional, not included in nutritional value)1/4 cups butter1/2 cups brown sugar1/4 cups honey2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cups mini chocolate chips4 scoops Casein Protein Powder, Choc Cake Batter (any protien powder will do, this is what I had on hand)
Grease or use parchment paper in a 9x13 inch pan
Mixed oats, rice cereal, drived fruit, nuts and protien powder
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat
Add brown sugar, honey and vanilla extract
Whisk until sugar is completly desolved
Pour over oat mixture; stir to combine
Sperad oat mixture into prepared baking disch
Press chocolate chips into top
Refirgerate utnil chilled, about 1 hour
Cut into 12-20 bars
Serving Size: 20 bars
