Ingredients
*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz (remove)*1 cup onion chopped, 0.25 serving (remove)*Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup chopped, 0.25 serving (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 2 large (remove)*Garlic Minced 1 Tsp, 2 serving (remove)French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Hunt's Ketchup, 12 tbsp (remove)Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed (remove)
Directions
1.Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef, onion, green bell pepper, carrots, and garlic until beef is browned, about 10 minutes. Drain off liquids.
2.Stir in mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickened, about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
