MCG Green Goddess Burgers

- Adzuki Beans, cooked, boiled, 2.5 cup- Spinach, fresh, 3 cup- Edamame, shelled, fresh, 0.5 cup- Onion, 0.25 Cup- Wizards vegan worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp- Organic Smokey Maple BBQ Sauce, 2 Tbsp- Grd. Cumin, 2 tsp- Natural Hickory, Liquid Smoke,0.5 tbsp- Pepper, black, 1 tbsp- Garlic, 1.5 - 2 clove- Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp- Coconut flour, Approximately 1/4 Cup- Red Masala Powder, 3 tbsp (optional)- Quinoa Flakes, 1.5 cup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit, place parchment on a large cookie sheet.
- In a food processor add 1.5 Cups Adzuki Beans (set aside the rest), then add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT QUINOA FLAKES.
- Pulse until well processed but not completely smooth.
- Pour mixture in a mixing bowl, and add remaining Beans, and quinoa flakes and mix in completely with a fork.
- Separate mixture into 12 equal size balls and form into patties.
- Place patties onto cookie sheet and cook for 15 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 10 mins or until patties begin to slightly brown
- Remove from oven and enjoy
