Ingredients
Baby Spinach (raw), 1 cup 10 baby carrots raw, 1 serving Celery, raw, .5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 4 berry Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries, .25 cup Ice (optional if not using frozen fruits)cold water
Directions
peal and cut ingredients into chunks
place in the blender or nutriblast and blend until smooth
