Bean Soup

Ingredients
Water, tap, 15 cup Pork shank 1.15 lb Pork belly .25 lb Bob's red mill 13 bean soup (dry), 3 cups Onion - Yellow - 1 1/2 Cup Garlic 3 cloves Bionaturae Organic Strained Tomatoes, 3 cups
Directions
Soak beans over night, rinse heat to a boil in water with pork bellies and shank. After it reaches boil, simmer for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Add onion, tomatoes, and desired spices and simmer for another 30 minutes.
