Popover Style Pancake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp unsalted butter4 large eggs1 cup fat free milk1/2 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup white flour (can use all wheat or all white total 1 cup).1/2 tsp ground cinnamoncinnamon sugar for sprinkling on top (or omit)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F, and place a 9-inch round cake pan - sprayed with cooking spray, with the butter, in the oven during preheat.
Mix eggs and milk until blended.
Add flour until completely blended.
Carefully poor mixture into the pan in the oven.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar (or omit it) over top very lightly.
Bake 20 minutes, until raised and golden.
