Ingredients:Oats, Quaker, 5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup almond slivered and blanched, 60 gram Coconut oil, 3 tbspAgave Nectar , 8 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Flax Seed, 2 tbsp Hemp Seed, 2 tbsp Chia Seed 2 tbsp
Directions
Grind hemp, flax and chia seeds in a food processor. Combine all ingredients in pan, bake at 350 for 20 min, cool then cut into 20 equal pieces. wrap tightly and store at room temp for up to 7 days. Dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, grain free, egg free, peanut free. CONTAINS TREE NUTS
