Caribbean Walleye

Ingredients
2 walleye fillets2 cloves garlic, minced1 c orange juice1 c white wineJuice of 2 limes1/4 c soy sauce2 T dried parsley, chopped1 t white pepper1 t salt1 T powdered rosemary
Directions
Broil walleye filets until translucent. While fish is broiling, mix together the rest of the ingredients and boil until they are reduced by half. Spoon sauce over fish and serve.
