Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove) *Bell pepper - red, 0.5 cup (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving (remove) Catchup, 1.5 cup (remove) Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove) *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) *Pineapple (Great Value) sliced (2 slices), 7 serving (remove) Pineapple Juice, 2 cup (remove) Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked (remove) Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken, 16 oz (remove)1 teas garlic powder1/2 teas fresh ground black pepperdash ginger
Directions
boil chicken breast and carrots, onions, bell peppers...save 1 cup of broth, mix all ingredients together except, chunks, boil with broth and chicken &veggies, for 2 mins add chunks boil another 5 mins... until right thickness and serve over rice or noodles.
